Sleepwalk Parade wrote as Declan Ryan described, "the Beatles song to Billy's Rolling Stones song". I don't think they could've done a more perfect job with this track. They also were the lone band to take a second session to finish up. Besides being great musicians, these guys are quite meticulous as well. They knew exactly what the wanted for this song.
